The UK's most popular Olive Oil brand, Filippo Berio, has partnered with Albert Bartlett Potatoes to create the glossy 'Perfect Potatoes' Recipe Book.

Featuring Bartlett's Rooster Potatoes and, naturally, Filippo Beri's range of Olive Oils, the 24 page full colour books, feature beautifully photographed and described potato recipes - from delicious Potato Wedges with Hazelnut and Red Pepper Relish to lavish Linguini with Potatoes and Broccoli - and will be distributed free in copies of the London Evening Standard and copies of Sainsbury's magazine during October.

The recipes all underline the fact that by replacing the saturated fats usually associated with the enjoyment of potatoes like butter, with healthier unsaturated fats like olive oil, or by frying using Mild & Light Olive Oil, consumers can still enjoy their spuds but in a far healthier way.
