Osprey Potatoes

The Osprey was bred from the Kestrel variety around ten years ago. It is characterised by its smooth skin and shallow pink eyes. It has become one of our most widely grown varieties giving the great consistency and appearance much valued by the retail and food service markets.

It was originally used as a ‘baker’ but it has earned an excellent reputation for use in salads and as an all-rounder due to its waxy consistency.
