Frederick Hiam Ltd - Nick Gilford

Frederick Hiam Ltd supply Bartlett's with over 7 varieties of potatoes for many years now. These varieties include Marfona, Maris Piper, Saxon, Vivaldi, Harmony, Melody and Sante.

Along with potato production, Frederick Hiam grow a number of other crops including, Brown and Red onions, Parsnips, Carrots, Brassicas, Sugar Beat and Cereals.

Moving away from arable farming, Frederick Hiam Ltd have a great interest in livestock. We have two herds of dairy cattle within Wales.

We are LEAF Certified and have large areas of Woodlands and conservation areas. Large numbers of Deer and a numerous species of birds, including Birds of Prey and Stone Curlews. Otters are also to be found in the river at Manor Farm.

The production Team at Frederick Hiam are a young and dynamic team focused on producing vegetable crops to meet the changing needs of the Fresh Produce Industry. Back to Farmers
