Fosse Au Bois Growers - Lambert, Peter and Paul Carre

We have been supplying Jersey Royal potatoes to Albert Bartlett for 3 years. We are a family run business with over 100 years experience between us in farming. We grow approximately 500 acres of Jersey Royals. We have our own BRC accredited packhouse, where we not only pack and grade for ourselves, but also for other local growers before delivery to Bartlett's.

We are the largest user on the island of natural seaweed (Vraic to the locals) which we believe gives the Jersey Royal its unique and original taste. We are members of the Assured Produce Scheme. We also feel strongly about our environment and have set aside wild grassland and woodland to encourage more wildlife. Back to Farmers
