Jamie Spencer

The Albert Bartlett Rooster is already a familiar sight on the horse racing circuit, having been a key sponsor of the Cheltenham festival the last couple of years and title sponsor of the Cheltenham Novices Hurdle.

Commencing with this year's 2000 Guineas we are supporting the Classic and Champion winning jockey Jamie Spencer.

With his 1998 victory in the Irish 1,000 Guineas at 17 years of age he became youngest jockey to win a classic.

In 2007 he became he became joint British flat racing Champion after an epic battle which involved the closest ever finish, needing Jamie to win the final race of the flat season to level the score with Seb Sanders.

Today, at 28, he can boast of Group winners all over the world and rides for Ballydoyle, the racing stable of the internationally renowned Coolmore Group.
