JERSEY ROYALS

Our great tasting Jersey Royals have been harvested, washed, processed and packed on the sunny island of Jersey in our new purpose-built facilities to ensure that the quality and freshness have been sealed-in. This has significantly reduced the time it takes to transport these gastronomic delights from the field to the market shelves.

Our group of dedicated Jersey farmers collectively grow almost 1400 acres. Many of them are fourth or fifth generation farmers and whilst they have adopted modern technology where appropriate, they still use some of the most traditional methods that have evolved over the last 125 years. Every potato seed is still planted by hand. The earliest fields, cotils ñ steep South facing slopes that catch the warmth of the sun, are still all lifted by hand...

VIVALDI

The Vivaldi is a relatively new variety that is grown in differing climatic regions so that it is fresh each of the ‘four seasons'. Hence the name.
